The scourge of the industrial output came in 1990s with LPG and this outbreak made the industry more confident of the fact that textile business is safe. The research conducted on the last two decades is throwing the light on it in the new millennium. Indian economy has taken a shift in two phases from agro economy to industrial and then a service based economy. Today the tertiary sector is serving the nation with two-third capacity. The shift is indicating a diversion in attention of the government towards the service sector and ignorance towards the agro sector. This research is indicating the two side of the coin by studying the output data of textile in Punjab and the rest of the nation for comparison. The indications provided by univariate analysis of mean and standard deviation shows the growth potential and actual growth and the bivariate analysis of t-test in the research indicates the pattern of the two decades differ or not. The outcome of the paper suggests the efficacy of the output is not at its true potential and the finding is the dedication towards the industry by farmers and government.
2023-09-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://jieet.com/index.php/home/article/view/3 Optimal Designing of Fir Filter with Hybrid Bat Optimization Algorithm 2023-05-18T11:58:44+00:00 Harmandeep Kaur1 sirirajprasad207@gmail.com
In the present article, a unique optimization innovation is implemented for designing a linear phase finite impulse response (FIR) filter with wanted parameter details. A new optimization technique is proposed in this work using the hybrid of Bat and Seeker optimization algorithms and filter coefficients are designed using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Bat, Seeker and Hybrid optimization technique. Using these algorithms, the optimum coefficients of the impulse response for the variant filters are determined to fulfil their ideal response features. In hybrid optimization, the parameters of both the Bat and Seeker are combined to explore the merits of both the techniques. Initially, the echolocation capability of bat is utilized and in accordance with that the approximate location of the target is found. Immediately after this to reach at the optimal value, the search direction property of seeker is taken into effect. This designed technique proved its efficiency in terms of results and implementation. In comparison to traditional optimization algorithms, these techniques do not stuck on local optimal solution. Simulative results of these techniques are presented and compared on the base of their pass band as well as stop ripples.
2023-09-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://jieet.com/index.php/home/article/view/4 The Plagiarism Tendency During Covid-19 Pandemic 2023-05-18T12:00:42+00:00 Masda Surti Simatupanga sirirajprasad207@gmail.com
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process changes from offline to online. It influences university students' behavior in completing their assignments. They must access the internet for the learning activity, for instance, to search for literature, which they used to get from books in the library. They get the soft copy from the internet that tends to plagiarism action by copy-pasting. This study aims to identify the tendency of plagiarism and analyze the motive of plagiarism tendency. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing students' writing via Turnitin and interviewing. The subjects were UKI's students majoring in English education undertaking a Linguistics class. The results showed that most students tended to copy-paste the source for their essay writing to ease shortcuts. Those typical learning methods affected students' intention to finish their assignment instantly or fulfill their work in the last minute of due time. In conclusion, there was a tendency for university students to copy-paste caused by easy internet access and merely fulfilling their duty to submit their work at the last minute.
2023-09-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://jieet.com/index.php/home/article/view/5 Following the enhancement of technology, there is a pressure to develop the existence system 2023-05-18T12:03:04+00:00 rajesh sirirajprasad207@gmail.com
Following the enhancement of technology, there is a pressure to develop the existence system, includes on the telecommunication industry. Almost every telco company recently has launched their own self service application aims to helps customer to easily check balance, browse and buy quota in order to continue the development to remain competitive. MyTelkomsel application can now be developed so that the number of users can reach the target users, which is the total Telkomsel cellular users. This research aims to identify and analyzing factors that affecting user acceptance and user satisfaction for further improvement. This research is a quantitative study using modification of Delone& McClean, TAM, and UTAUT model with MyTelkomsel application as research subjects. This research conducted a survey method and resulted in 403 respondents indicated that User Satisfaction was influenced by various reasons related to Popularity, Information Quality, Perfomance Expectancy, Perceived Usefulness, Subjective Norms, System Quality, and Intention to Use/Use among others. To find out which factors are the most dominant, a factor analysis is needed by first submitting a number of hypotheses on factors that are theoretically considered to influence the success of the system and user satisfaction. Data processing results show that 7 of 9 hypotheses are considered to be proven, namely that user satisfaction is strongly influenced by second main factors as follows: information quality, performance expectancy, subjective norms, system quality, popularity and Intention to Use/Use, and the remaining any 2 hypothesis are rejected. Managerial implications that can be carried out by the MyTelkomsel developer regarding the MyTelkomsel application as an information system for customer relationship management as self service apps at PT Telkomsel. This study's outcomes enhance the current knowledge about MyTelkomsel apps as an Self-Service apps should be useful for daily use of celluler‟suser . It can also be used by PT Telkomsel to devise appropriate strategies to improve the quality of MyTelkomsel apps in order to increase the number of user.
2023-09-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://jieet.com/index.php/home/article/view/6 On nearly C-compact space 2023-05-18T12:06:32+00:00 Gopal Adak sirirajprasad207@gmail.com
In this paper we have introduced a new type of convex topological space [5] called nearly C-compact space where a convex topological space is a topological space with a convexity [16]. Some fundamental characterizations and various basic properties have been obtained. Its relationship with other types of compact spaces is also investigated.
2023-09-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023
